*All rates are based on double occupancy.

Additional person : $15/night(Max 4people or 1family (2adults with children in each chalet)

*Rates do not include taxes

*Pet charge $20/night They are not allowed on the furniture.

*Beddings/towels NOT included.

Our Chalet Policies

1. No substitute guests and no changes will be made to the reservation upon arrival. *Max 4adults or 1family (2adults with children)/ 1vehicle per site.

*Misrepresentation of number of guests will forfeit security deposit.

2. No visitors are allowed on the Chalet property.

3. Smoking is prohibited in the Chalet. A $250 fee will be charged to those who smoke inside the Chalet.

4. Pets are allowed with charges. Guest must notify and pay the charges prior to arrival. $20 per pet/night

5. Quiet time begins at 11pm.

6. Chalet must be in clean condition cleaning fee of $75 is taken from security deposit if excessive cleaning is required.

6. No loud music or stereos that will disturb other guests.

7. Guests must inspect their room on arrival and report any problems, concerns or damages to the office immediately.

8.Check in time is between 4PM to 10PM Notify us ahead for late arrival.

9.Check out time is by 11AM. Charges will be applied for late check out. *$45 before 3PM or full 1night charge after 3PM

10. No refund after cancellation dead line.

11. Rates are not tax included and subject to change at any time.

12.Any improper or illegal behavior of any guest of a party will in the eviction and loss of entire payments.

13. A $300 security deposit will be authorized to your credit card and canceled after approximately seven days from your departure.
